Chardon MasterBathroom
These clients fell in love with this century home in Chardon. However; it did not have the needed space to live comfortably. We added an addition to accommodate their needs, 3 bedrooms , master bathroom, and a master walk in closet. They wanted to keep the charm of the century home, so they keep wood siding on the two bedrooms walls to give a rustic look, wood floors throughout. They went with wood looking tile in the bathroom to give that modern/rustic flare.
