Our clients approached us wanting a free-standing addition that could accommodate their needs and wants, such as a garage to accommodate the clients’ landscape business and an in-law suite for their aging parent long-term care.
Our clients were incredibly happy with the results. A 1,200 square foot workspace for his business, a second floor for storage space, and an in-law suit attachment for the client’s father, who wanted to live close but not with them. The in-law suit has an open living room and kitchen concept, walk in shower in the bathroom, larger doorways for handicap accessibility, a spacious bedroom with walk in closet, in suite washer and dryer and two closet to use for pantry and extra storage. This space provided the best of both worlds for the client and the in-law, creating a functional and useful space for their business, and having the father close to take care of him but still having the independence he wants.
